Processing times are how long it takes us to actually make your order and DOES NOT include shipping. It includes ordering your blank items and supplies, preparing or designing your artwork, proof review and approval and printing the item.
We offer several print time options to meet your needs and each option can be found under the actual item.
Standard individual processing time is approximately 10-14 business days
Rush processing is approximately 7-10 business days
Urgent processing is approximately 4-7 business days
Extreme processing is 1-2 business days
Shipping timelines are how long it takes the carrier to get your order delivered to you once it is picked up from us.
We prefer using USPS service because it is more affordable, reliable and convenient offering 6 days of deliverability however we will use a different carrier should the customer so choose.
Standard shipping is approx 8 business days
Expedited shipping is approx. 3-5 business days
Priority shipping is approx. 2-3 business days
Overnight is usually 1 business day to most locations
We do not guarantee any of the carriers services and once a package is in the hands of the carrier the package is then the responsibility of the carrier. Should a service delay occur you will need to contact the carrier.
We do insure all Priority & Overnight packages automatically at no additional charge to the customer at the basic value however should you want additional insurance please notify us prior to shipment so we can adjust the value and bill you accordingly.
Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds!!
Due to the nature of custom apparel and the process we do not offer cancellations once an order is placed and paid for.
Explanation: We make everything to order and do not stock blank inventory so once you place an order we then order your blank items and necessary supplies.
We do not offer refunds for custom orders. If the item(s) are have inured a misprint we will happily reprint the items to your satisfaction.
We will offer an exchange for items that have incurred a misprint or reasonable issue that was an oversight of our staff. We will not allow exchanges for sizing issues on custom printed items; each item is made to the customers specifications and choices so please order accordingly and ask any questions to ensure you have your order correctly.
In the case of a circumstance where a reprint is not acceptable by the client we will offer a refund minus 25% for cancellation/restocking.
