By visiting or shopping at this web site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Production times do NOT include shipping times.
Production starts after the Proof has been Approved by customer
Individual Orders take approximately 7-10 business days during non-peak season (March-July)
Seasonal Individual Orders (Football Season- Aug-Feb) are subject to 10-14 business days

Wholesale Orders take appoximately 14-17 business days
We work in APPROXIMATE time lines ONLY. We do NOT guaruntee to complete any order by the time line suggested above however we do strive to meet those giuldlines. If you need products by a certain time please call before placing the order.
Wholesale Orders that consist of extensive colors and details may require more time to complete which may include up to additional 10 business days or more.
If your order MORE than 8 INDIVIDUAL pieces on 1 order, that order will be processed with the WHOLESALE turn around time of 14-17 business days + 4 additional business days due to the extensive time neccessary to make multiple individual pieces from one order.


Artwork & Or Product Substitution:

We reserve the right to alter your design to achieve the highest quality of finished product possible. Which may include color and/or design placement, substitution and/or finish. These changes are considered minor and are done only to achieve a fabulous finished piece. We will not notify you of minor changes. This includes but is not limited to fonts, font placement, font sizing and/or other related design esthetics.

If extreme changes are recommended by the designer we will notify customer for approval before making such changes.

Once proof is sent to client they have 5 days to respond with changes or approval otherwise we will proceed to print with the print to ensure it is shipped within the alotted turn around time.

How does it Work:

once approved your design is sent into production
finished product is inspected & packaged
your order is shipped to you

We do NOT issue refunds under any circumstance.

We ONLY issue CREDITS for any funds due to customer over $25.
Explanation:

Credit: a monetary amount available to customers for use on GlitterTees.com to use towards purchases.

Refund: a monetary amount returned to customers in the manner in which the used for original payment.

In the event we have made a mistake on an order we will gladly reprint that same design at no additional charge.

In the event a client is unhappy with their order and they did not approve the proof prior to print we will gladly reprint the item at no addtional charge. This is subject to the above stated and does not include minor changes.

*If extreme conditions occur that requires a refund we may be willing to issue a refund minus a 25% fee of the entire order amount including shipping charges to cover supplies we may have ordered and the initial shipping fees. Client is responsible for all shipping fees. It may take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Please refer to your personal banking institution for their discretionary refund timelines. 

If a client is unhappy with their finished product and do not wish to have an reprint done we offer 2 options:

1) We may issue a refund minus a 25% restocking and supply fee to cover supplies and materials used to make your order and the initial shipping fees. Client is responsible for all shipping fees.

2) We may issue a credit for the full amount of the initial purchase including shipping fees for use at another date (up to 6 months).

3)Requests must be made within 5 business days of recieving items.

4) ALL returns MUST be made within 10 days of reciept of order. We will not honor any return, reprint, exchange or refund request if items are not recieved with 10 days of original delivery. (reason: items that are sold to customers on sales and through promotions are purchased at a preset discounted price that we may not be able to get replacements at same cost at a later date)

Promos & Credits:

1) Promotions offering discounts are valid for that date only and can not be redeemed after that date(s) has passed.

2) Client MUST use correct promo code to receive discount. If incorrect code is used and said dates have passed the promo will NOT be honored.

3) If client completes an order and completes payment without using a promo code they may not redeem the promotion post sale after the sale date has passed.

4) If client completes an order and completes payment without using a promo code and the promotion dates are still current and they wish to recieve the sale price we will cancel the original order and issue a credit for that amount. The client can then reorder with that promo code as long as it is valid at the sale price. The remaining balance if $25 and under will be issued to client via the payment option they used. If the balance is $26 or more the client will be issued a credit code in that amount for use at a later date (up to 6 months). Or client may opt to adjust order to include more product until credit amount is reached.

SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

GlitterTees (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts. We may also modify this Agreement at any time and your continued use of the Program following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based subscription forms. Your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Regardless of the opt-in method you used to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. If you have opted in, the Program provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., product discounts) from GlitterTees via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. SMS/MMS mobile messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile message from Us in order to opt-out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the preceding options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

We may change any telephone number we use to operate the Program at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages, including, without limitation, notifying us immediately if you change your mobile number.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Program or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the Opt-Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a required part of these terms and conditions. You further agree that, if you change your telephone number without notifying Us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by Us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the SMS/MMS mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.

You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Program, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the Platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
