At GlitterTees.com, we’re committed to delivering your custom apparel with care and transparency. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Methods

  • Customers choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Available options may include standard, expedited, or express shipping, depending on your location.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the method selected and destination.

Production vs. Shipping Time

  • Production/Print Time: This is the time it takes us to create and prepare your order before it ships. Each item is made-to-order, and production times vary based on order size and complexity.

  • Shipping Time: This is the transit time once your order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other chosen provider), GlitterTees is no longer responsible for the package.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

  • GlitterTees is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or service interruptions caused by the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Updates

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order ships with your tracking number.
